Neovista Homes was formed in 1997 to be part of the solution to the rising demand of economic housing in the Philippines. Formed by a construction company based in Cebu City, Neovista Homes became the pioneer of cast-in-place building technology in the country, deviating from the traditional hollow block system used by most developers and contractors until today.

   Over the last 14 years, Neovista Homes have built homes for more than 4,000 Filipino families - guided from the start by the idea of providing simple-looking yet durable homes to all Filipinos here and abroad.
   It is our mission to continue to develop God-fearing communities and build quality homes that are affordable for working Filipinos to provide shelter and improve the quality of life of their families.
Our company's values are represented by our company logo's three colors and they are strategically there to constantly remind us to work hard with passion.
  • RED = GOD. Red is the color best associated with nurturing personal relations, and we have placed this at the center to signify the most important of our priorities. One relationship has kept us grounded, conscientious and determined all these years, and this is our relationship with God.
  • YELLOW = FAMILY. Yellow is the color of hope of optimism, of energy and of the future. This color reminds us of our families and the families of the customers we serve. By doing our best to develop safe communities to live in, we believe we are also helping build our country's future.
  • GREEN = ENVIRONMENT. Green is the color that is commonly associated with nature. By including this in our three priorities, we show our commitment and support to causes that are for the conservation and preservation of our environment.
